Circadian Friendly Lighting
I always recommend 100% pure beeswax candles before any artificial lighting. I like to order 100% pure beeswax in bulk and pour the candles myself. I do understand that modern living requires light at night, so here are some safe options:
This is the light bulb I use in my home. It is an LED. It's affordable, flicker-free, low nnEMF, and is 5 watts. It puts out absolutely no blue or green light. Just pure red, very dim. This is the bulb that really transformed my sleep.
Zero blue light, flicker free LED bulb. Has a warm tone that mimics candlelight.
This original-style light is great for families who don't want the intenseness of fully red or amber lighting. FYI - incandescent bulbs have been banned in the US as of August 1, 2023, so they might not be available for you.

100% blackout with NO harmful chemicals that off-gas into your room. This is the blackout curtain that I use. They have a convenient travel curtain that you can take on the go (and also use it in your room - it is quite big!). They're OEKO-TEX®, SGS®, and Greenguard® certified, which is something you can't find in any other blackout curtain. I've tried a couple of different brands from Amazon and none of them stood up to this one!
These are great for tiny, annoying, bright lights that stay on in your home all of the time. Includes red stickers to block intensity and blue light, white stickers to dim lights, and black stickers to completely block out lights.

- This is a inexpensive paid app for iPhones only. Not only will it turn your screen red with the tap of a button, it will also eliminate a lot of the nnEMF coming out of the phone. You can change these settings manually, but the app goes deeper than just turning WiFi + Bluetooth "on and off", as this is sometimes not enough to eliminate nnEMF. This app gives you the convenience of it all with one tap!

This is the best option because it filters, re-mineralizes, structures, and adds molecular hydrogen (a very important antioxidant). It is quite the investment. If you'd like to consider this option, you need to set up a phone call with the owner so he can access to best version for your water needs.

Non-toxic Home
My absolute favorite bed set I've ever had! Silky smooth and made from bamboo. They have sales quite often, too!
I love this air purifier so much! I have the original 3000 model and leave it on auto 24/7. It's super sensitive to air pollutions (dust coming in from outside, cooking, candles, etc.). I love that the filters only need to be changed twice a year.
This is what I used to pour my candles that I use every night. It would be great to get beeswax from a local beekeeper if you can, or buy direct from a beekeeper online. For now, this is what I use.

Some other low-tox home improvements...
- I don't have a ton of cleaning product recommendations as I just use vinegar. At all times I have a large glass jar of vinegar with orange peels soaking in it (because I don't love the smell of vinegar in my home).
- I ALWAYS recommend taking your shoes off before entering your home. Such an incredibly easy way of keeping the toxic sludge on the bottom of your shoes OUT of your home!
- Windows open everyday for at least 30 minutes (if the air quality outside allows for this).
- Plants! Having plants greatly reduces toxins in the air and provides oxygen.
Clothing + Shoes
I always recommend organic, natural material clothing when possible. I know this isn't always doable, as it can be expensive. I get 95% of my clothing from the thrift store, and look for cotton, wool, linen, and silk.
However, I do believe that it's important to purchase high quality, organic, and natural undergarments. Here are some brands that I love:
The only bra I wear and will continue wearing for the rest of my life! I have searched high and low for an all organic, natural, supportive, and comfortable bra. This is the one! The elastic in it is even natural. I recommend emailing them for sizing help.

I only recommend wearing barefoot style shoes. The wide toe box and flexible soles allow for your feet to spread out, strengthen, and for your spine and body to be aligned. "Regular" shoes will cause pain and misalignment in the body, and cause a wide array of foot and back problems.
